Farmers National Bank has hired Breen Bannon as the bank’s new commercial lender. Bannon comes to Farmers from Huntington National Bank, where he most recently was vice president and sales executive of commercial property and casualty insurance. He has 18 years of experience in the industry.
A lifelong Mahoning Valley resident, Bannon received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
Garry Bonanno, of Sharon, Pa., has been hired by Capital Asset Protection (CAP) Inc., a professional security- services company headquartered in Pittsburgh, to work in operational management and business development activities for the western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio region.
Bonanno spent nearly 15 years with Winner International Inc. and the Club Brand Security Co. in Sharon as the company’s executive director of law enforcement and government affairs. He also served as the academy director for the International Police Tactical Training Unit and Academy formerly based in western Pennsylvania, and was selected and served as a member of the Olympic security team for the Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Darleen Abadco has joined the Austintown Podiatry Associates as its newest podiatric physician. Dr. Abadco, who joins three other physicians at the practice, graduated from a three-year surgical residency program at Valley Care Health System in Youngstown.
