Two Youngstown police officers being promoted

Mayor Charles P. Sammarone and Police Chief Rod J. Foley are promoting two police patrolmen to the rank of detective sergeant Friday.
The officers being promoted are Anthony Vitullo, who’s been with the department since July 28, 1997, and Robert Lodwick, hired on May 8, 2000.
