Other varsity players: Maeve Marino, senior, 5-7; Abbey Weirich, senior, 5-2; Lindsey Lenney, junior, 5-2; Lauren Slusher, sophomore, 5-6; Kim Michaels, sophomore, 5-6.

Team’s outlook: The Panthers have a strong group of seniors supplmented by a great deal of talent among the juniors and sophomores.

Projected starters: Ally Hajnosz, junior, 5-5, G; Sami Heverly, senior, 5-5, G; Sarah Cash, junior, 6-1, G; Sydney Negro, senior, 5-7, F.

Other varsity players: Mary Bennett, junior, 5-8, F; Kelsey Smith, junior, 5-3, G; Marlena Liming, sophomore, 5-5, G; Kansas Lickwar, sophomore, 5-10, F; Anne D’Urso, sophomore, 6-0; Erica Knox, freshman, 5-3.

Team’s outlook: Lordstown’s strengths are speed and returning experience. A lack of height is considered a weakness and keys to success are coming ready to play and keeping turnovers down.

League prediction: Maplewood, Pymatuning Valley and Lordstown are the league favorites.

Head coach: Mark Yoder, 16th season, 225-103.

Projected starters: Allison Bell, senior, 5-7, wing, 13.6 points; Brooke Dawson, junior, 5-11, post, 13.5 points; Miranda Sloan, sophomore, 5-4, guard, 11.7 points; Ryley Urchek, sophomore, 5-7, forward, 5.6 points; Victoria Karlovic, sophomore, 5-5, wing.

Other varsity players: Kendra Garlock, senior, 5-7, post, 3.4 points; Amanda Henderlight, senior, 5-4, guard, 3.2 points; Morgan Hansel, sophomore, 5-4, guard.

Team’s outlook: The Rockets again will be very competitive with strong inside and outside games. Maplewood has good team speed and plays solid team defense.

League prediction: Favorites are Pymatuning Valley, Maplewood, Lordstown and Bristol.
