Location is changed for author's talk

Janet L. Decesare, author of “Ticked Off,” was scheduled to speak at Poland Library.

The event has been moved to 6 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Library, 7680 Glenwood Ave., due to air-quality problems at the Poland location.
