Students raise funds for hurricane victims

Students at St. Patrick School, Hubbard, conducted two dress-down days to raise money for victims of Hurricane Sandy. They raised more than $200 that will be sent to Catholic Charities to assist in the recovery process. Shown in front are Kara Leonard, left, Nate Wirtz, Maya Taylor, Anthony Carter and Isabella Bancroft. Behind them are Marie Bond, left, Arinna Sop and Trinity Adams. The students hold dress downs each month to help various charities and families in need in the community.
