Published: Fri, August 31, 2012 @ 12:17 p.m.

COLUMBUS — A federal judge today ordered Republican Secretary of State Jon Husted to restore early in-person voting on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before Election Day.

U.S. District Judge Peter C. Economus sided with President Barack Obama's election campaign, which sued after lawmakers set different deadlines for early voting for men and women serving in the military.

Judge Economus ruled that election law changes were unconstitutional and "enjoined [Husted] from implementing or enforcing" the revised law.

more than I would expect from Scalia, Thomas and Alito who ALL ruled against the Affordable Care Act just as their GOP bosses the Koch Brothers, Rupert Murdoch and Rush Limbaugh wanted.

The voting rights should be restored...are we reverting to days gone by in restricting the vote?

Maybe some of you would like to reinstate poll taxes?
