I will NOT drink tonight, but for my entertainment I wil drive through the checkpoint 27 times. If they ask if I've been drinking I will give the proper response, " not yet, you buying?"

don't worry, they'll confuse enough druggies coming in from youngstown who will get picked up.

They can't properly staff a jail, patrol the bad neighborhoods or respond to 911 calls in a timely manner, BUT they find the money and probably 20 cops to set up their checkpoint charlies just about any weekend in the summer or around Holidays. THIS is gov't run amok and trampling your rights. Where are the right wingnuts protesting these illegal stops/searches. Imagine what the Founding Fathers would think of Gov't police stopping law abiding people on horseback or in a buggy just because they can. It's a slippery slope alright. What's next? Home searches on a whim? Stand up for your rights. All of the phony MADD people need not respond. Ben Franklin.

@bsdtwd

"...Where are the right wingnuts protesting these illegal stops/searches..."

A person has to be a Right "wingnut" to understand, cherish and desire to protect Liberty and Freedom?
