Jerry Springer stumps for Obama in Mahoning Valley

Published: Fri, August 17, 2012 @ 8:04 p.m.

BOARDMAN — Ohio holds the key to winning the presidency in November, said television personality Jerry Springer, who visited President Barack Obama’s campaign headquarters here this afternoon winding up a three-day sweep through the Buckeye State.

Springer called this year’s presidential election the “most important in my lifetime,” and said if the presumptive Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is to win the presidency, he must carry Virginia, Florida and Ohio.

“Hopefully, Ohio is where we stop this from happening,” Springer said after giving a pep talk to volunteers at Obama’s campaign headquarters on Market Street.

He was also scheduled to meet Obama supporters tonight at Alberini’s Restaurant in Niles.

Who is he going to use next? Andrew Dice Clay? Of course Obama has to stay with his type of people.

One more idiot for the messiah, talking to more Youngstown idiots, who are listening to a man who deals with other idiots that do not want to live by societies rule. What a guy to have out stumping for the messiah, get him and Biden together and you will have a real team.

A few things noticed in the audience: overstuffed tube tops, matches being used as Q-Tips, and cans of Royal Crown Cola filled with PBR. (What, no female mud-wrestlers?)

The cynicism and muddled indignation in this comments section is enough to cause nausea of the brain.

President Obama does not command people one-by-one to show up at locations to promote him, just in case no one in here realizes that. The horse race procedure process is not that simple.

With an improving economy and new momentum moving in to the Mahoning Valley the progress is going to speak for itself regarding Obama's re-election chances.

Improving economy, you better look again at the national unemployment rate, the budget deficits, class warfare, etc.

Kind of like having Rush Limbaugh stumping for the repubs. Hey, at least Rush has his own prescription drug plan.
I guess the repubs could have Sarah Palin stump for them, lets see...yep, she could speak about family values and have her unwed daughter drag her grandkid out and then speak of the "good 'ole days," when she and former NBA player Glen Rice got BUSY, or her husbands former business partner and her getting BUSY. Oh, but wait, she could speak to some school kids about the dangers of doing cocaine off the top of a 55 gallon oil drum.
Oh yeah, I see how those "high society" repubs have so much over on Jerry Springer. LOL.

Maybe we'll be lucky to get the Reverend Wrigth to come to town and give a sermon on how great America is. To think Obama sat for twenty years listening to that hate and bigotry. "and Bill has been good to us, no he ain't!! Bill did us, just like he did Monica Lewinsky, he was riding dirty." (sermon)

Yeah, Obama has good judgement. Twenty years. Hmmmm.

America was supposed to be wiped off the map by now according to the right wing idiots. Obama was supposedly a militant Islamist extremist that was supposed to nuke his own country. We shouldn't even be here anymore.
As for Palin, she is WORSE than Springer. (If the allegations against her are false, then why didn't she file a lawsuit for slander?) She needs to return to her village so they are no longer missing their idiot.
Mark Foley, Ted Haggard and Larry Craig are all reported to be in the same stall in the men's room at Chic-Fil-a stumping for Mitt-Flopper. By the way, why is Mitt-Flopper HIDING what is in his TAX RETURNS.

The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin by Joe McGinnis is a biograpghy in which the author did background research on her. It's all true or she would have sued. Former NBA player Glen Rice did not deny that he was involved with the family values spokesperson and there were numerous witnesses to her doing blow off a 55 gallon drum. I guess you question her having an unwed daughter who gave birth to her grandaughter a few years back. Yep, time for Sarah and the righteous repubs like Mark Foley, Ted Haggard and Larry Craig to tell the rest of us how we should live our lives.
As for gays getting married, it is protected by the connstitution.

Most people either don't know or don't care enough to look before they post but Jerry Springer was Mayor of Cincinnati and ran for Governor for the State of Ohio. That being said I'd much rather him as Governor than the current teabagger Scott Walker Clone

The righties would certainly have made a HUGE deal about it had one of Obama's daughters had a child out of wedlock. I bring it up because there seems to be such a double standard, take for instance Obama's birth certificate that the state of Hawaii released, but people claimed was a forgery and so on. Imagine Obama having withheld his TAX RETURNS the way Mitt-Flopper has, we'd NEVER hear the end of it.
As for your statement above I believe you righties would vote for anyone with an R after their name wheter it was Satan or Stalin. Believe it or not I voted for a repub president in the past, George Bush Sr. former head of the CIA and a man we needed at the time due to the cold war.
