2 homeless men in Youngstown charged with breaking and entering
Police have charged two homeless men with breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools after police found them removing vinyl windows in a house at 8 p.m. Saturday at 140 W. Florida Ave.
Mark E. Harp, 46, and Aaron Duval, 47, were inside the upstairs of the house when police arrived. They were using a cordless drill and screwdrivers to remove the windows, police said.
Harp also was wanted on a traffic warrant from the Niles Police Department and the Summit County Sheriff’s Office on another charge. Both were taken to Mahoning County jail.
