WARREN
A Warren police officer shot and killed a pit bull dog that attacked a chained dog in its back yard at 708 Delaware Ave. SW at 9:10 a.m. Sunday.
When an officer arrived, a woman was trying to free the pit bull from the chained yellow lab by hitting the pit bull with a pool stick and golf club, but she was unsuccessful.
The officer reported that both dogs were bleeding around their faces and necks. The officer killed the large, white pit bull with a gunshot.

That's a good start. One bullet, one pit bull. Two bullets, two pit bulls...
Please NEVER leave your dog tied outside unattended. There are more strays than ever roaming the streets due to irresponsible owners and also there may be some well trained pitt bulls but left on their own many will attack both animals and humans.
Don't blame this on the Pit. It is the owner's fault . Abolish the pit bull ban law!!!!!!!! Punish the owners! Don't blame the breed.
As long as Pit Bulls are the dog of choice for lowlifes, the responsible owners complaining is just a waste of time.
HELLO!!!, cop, flatfoot, fuzz, gendarme, he/she solved the problem. Some people are just comical, no clue as to what was really important here!
