YOUNGSTOWN — City police officers are at the scene of a bank robbery which took place at about 11 a.m. today at the PNC Bank on Meridian Road on the West Side.
Police said a teller was given a note demanding money. Police described the suspect as a white male, 30-40 years of age, wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and ball cap. The suspect fled the area in a tan/champagne-colored Buick.

no one should be allowed in a bank with a hat or ''hoodie'' on. the cop at the door should stop them and make them remove them so the camera can get a good picture.
