WARREN
Trumbull County Children Services Board has approved the resignation of Nick Kerosky, executive director.
The board has hired Valley Counseling executive director Timothy Schaffner to replace him effective Wednesday.
The board met tonight and approved a separation agreement with Kerosky, and a one-year contract with Schaffner.

It is a shame it took so long for this to happen. He should have been replaced along with the employees that didn't do their job either.
