The annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Western Mahoning County on April 7 drew 300 people to Liberty Park.

Jackson Milton High School Key Club members hid the 2,000 plastic eggs for children to find. Bikes for each age group were donated by Wal-Mart.

Club meetings take place at 6 p.m. Wednesdays at A La Cart in Canfield.

Upcoming speakers include Canfield Speech Team members on Wednesday; Jim Echement, executive director of the Youngstown Rescue Mission, on May 2; Marjorie French of Canfield Herb Growers on May 9; and Kathy Schlarb, director of adult education at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, on May 23.
