YOUNGSTOWN
Belle Vista Avenue between Mahoning Avenue and McCollum Road will be resurfaced beginning today as part of the city’s Water Department Waterline Replacement Project.
Traffic will be maintained, but lanes will be closed temporarily and traffic patterns will change.

I would like to personally thank the brainwave nincompoop who made the decision to destroy Bella Vista Avenue last fall so we could destroy our cars and tires all winter having to drive on it in that condition. You mean to tell me no one considered this before the road was destroyed? More of the same lamebrain decision making by inept government bureaucrats responsible to no one. Way to go Youngstown. You continue to amaze. Thanks for the costs to replacing my new tires.
Sometimes a permanent improvement requires a temporary inconvenience. Thank you for the heads up to avoid this road in the coming weeks.
