WARREN — A Warren couple accused of raping their 1-year-old daughter pleaded innocent today to the charges.
Cody Beemer, 23, and Felicia Beemer, 21, appeared in Warren Municipal Court this morning, each charged with one count of rape.
They pleaded not guilty and are held without bond in Trumbull County jail, according to court records.
The couple is accused of raping their biological daughter during a visit to Trumbull County Children’s Services on Reeves Road in Warren. They’ll be back in court for a pre-trial hearing at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 7.

Where was the CSB staff person or case worker during this "supervised visit"? Sadly, I believe CSB is sort of useless whether its Trumbull County, Mahoning County or any other location in the USA.
Rape, doesn't mean they used their sexual organs. Rape simply means that something was used. I'm trying not to be graphic here, but sadly, yes it is possible to rape a baby.

As for the CSB worker, given the fathers history and the courts order for SUPERVISED visitation , the responsible worker should be charged with child endangerment. Nothing less!
