Mahoning County Democratic Party Chairman David Betras said he asked the president for a return visit to the Mahoning Valley.
And the president is apparently interested, Betras said.
“He said, ‘I’ll work my way up there,’” Betras said today after being among a small group who met with the president after a Tuesday speech in Columbus.
During the brief conversation, Betras said he and Obama talked about the V&M Star expansion in Youngstown and the production of the Chevrolet Cruze at the Lordstown General Motors complex.
Obama has visited the V&M location and the GM complex in the past couple of years.

He is not going to be re-elected period. But to have to talk to Betrus.. I feel sorry for Obama.
Why hasn't Tim Ryan done more to help the Delphi workers?? Is is because they were salaried and he only is out to help the union workers??
I hope Obama offered ambulance chaser a job... Maybe he could replace Holder... He would be on that caliber.. you know, loose one looser, and put in another.
but in all seriousness, he probably meet with obama, to discuss getting money for the Democrats of the Mahoning Vally, out of Obozo's new jobs money..
Under-reported medical newsflash: An emergency surgical team at The Ohio State University Medical School performed what a university spokesman said was the world's first "lipbuttomy" -- the surgical separation of human lips fused to a human butt. The spokesman said the procedure was easier than expected due to the lips being Greek and the butt being skinny. Hummus was applied to minimize scarring.
