Cattle die in early morning crash

Published: Mon, September 12, 2011 @ 11:29 a.m.

HUBBARD — Hubbard Township Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol spent much of the morning clearing and cleaning Interstate 680 after a truck carrying more than two dozen cows flipped over.

According to the highway patrol the single-truck accident happened at 4:18 a.m. Monday near the 233 mile marker in the east-bound lane. The road was closed to traffic until 6:44 a.m., but emergency workers were clearing the road through late morning.

The driver of the truck reportedly had minor injuries, but some of the 25 to 30 cows on the truck were killed in the accident.

Burger King forces The King into retirement, and then this "accident" happens. Mere coincidence? Conspiracists, your work is cut out for you.

Might be time to put some cameras up in that area. Maybe then we could figure out what mysterious forces keep flipping semis over at 4 am.

You guys are all full of bull with no consideration for the poor animals. They were coming home from Merrill Lynch, as the bears have taken over the market.

Ground beef and steak is currently on special at Walmart.

You are only supposed to flip your meat once on the grill to keep the juices in. How many times did the cows flip in the semi and did all the juices spill out?
