Louis R. Mann told police he strangled his mother to death with a clothes line during an argument, then “took out 31 years of rage” on his father by hitting him in the head with a flashlight and shooting him.
Later that day, Mann picked up a woman, partied with her at local motel, told her he had killed someone, then drove her to his parents’ Jefferson Street Southwest home and showed her the bodies.
Mann, who was arrested on Saturday, the day after the murders, was in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Monday afternoon, charged with two counts of aggravated murder. He is being held on $3 million bond.

Why let him rot in prison then ?
Public hanging followed by being impaled on a flag-pole until the crows pick the flesh from his bones.
This fellow has no redeeming values and should get the death penalty . . ..
What is going on. Shopping after you kill your parents, geeeeeeeeeeeeh
wait a minute....no rant about the "subculture?"
This waste of human flesh should get the same thing he did to his parents, no appeals, no sentence, no nothing. Put this piece of garbage six feet under.
This gentleman was merely exercising his right to "pursuit of happiness".
The saying goes "You can pick your friends but not your parents".
