Niles event to benefit shoppers and disabled

Easter Seals & Youngstown Hearing and Speech Center are having a pre-holiday shopping event Dec. 4 at Charming Charlie in the Eastwood Mall.

Tickets cost $10 each and shoppers receive 20 percent off their total purchase.

Refreshments will be provided, as will complimentary hand massages and makeup.

Also featured will be a 50-50 raffle, basket auction and a door prize for a chance to win a $25 Charming Charlie gift certificate.
