Man shot in chest at Liberty apartment
Liberty
A 41-year-old man was shot Thursday evening outside of the Monticello Apartments, police said.
When police arrived on the scene, they found Rodney Clark lying outside his apartment at 4063 Madison Road, with a bullet wound in the chest.
Police Chief Richard Tisone said the man was conscious when the ambulance arrived and took Clark to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
Tisone said there was no weapon found on the scene and that they are still investigating.
