Another contributor to Torricelli's legal defense fund is former Congressman Frank Guarini, Chairman of the National Italian American Foundation. There is no hope for Mahoning County . No one ever knows who is running the show. They hire to many higher up people and not enough people that do the every day work. But no one is the person to talk to when you need a question answered. No honesty or no one in administration is doing their job if they can't answer employee's questions. Things are starting to cave in all directions for the county, somebody better take control, and its not Tablack.
