A reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield followed the Nov. 20 wedding of Susan Marie Schafer and Robert Nelson Kingston II at Mount Moriah Lutheran Church.

The daughter of Ray and Cathy Schafer of Berlin Center and son of Larry and Cindy Kingston of Canfield exchanged vows in a 1:30 p.m. ceremony. The Rev. Karin Himstedt officiated.

The bride wore a fitted strapless ivory satin trumpet-style gown.

Dark brown gowns with burnt orange sashes were worn by Samantha Hamner, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Jenni Harris; Elisabeth Leath and Jennifer Powell, sisters of the groom; Angela Schafer, the bride’s sister-in-law; and Jessica Hartzell, her cousin. Flower girl was Lauren Wrobleski.

Serving as best man was Paul Chicone, and groomsmen were William Kingston, the groom’s brother; Charlie Rowe; Tim Wrobleski; Tim Schafer, a brother of the bride; and Jason Baker. Ring bearer was Matthew Kingston, the couple’s son.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in food/nutrition. She is a secretary with Premier Profile Lamination in Youngstown.

The groom is the owner of Premier Profile Lamination. He attended Kent State and Lorraine College and holds a degree in engineering.

The Kingstons live in North Jackson.
