Austintown Senior Center, 100 Westchester Drive, has planned the following: Monday, cards, cornhole and Wii at 9:30 a.m., bingo at 10 and wellness event at noon; Tuesday, Balance Class at 9:30 a.m., trip to Rivers Casino, line dancing at 10 and bingo at noon; Wednesday, cards and cornhole at 9:15 a.m., bingo at 10 and Extension Office event at noon; Thursday, yoga at 9:30 a.m., poker and euchre at 10:30 and bingo at noon; and Friday, cards, cornhole, Wii and bingo at 10 a.m., cards and social at noon and Senior Focus with Maureen Pusch at 12:30 p.m. Lunch is available at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Senior Independence Senior Center of Mahoning County, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, has planned the following: Monday, Men’s and Women’s Needlecraft Club at 8:30 a.m., gentle chair yoga at 10, OSU nutrition class at 11 and bridge at 1 p.m.; Tuesday, oil painting at 0 a.m., computer class at 10 and noon, bridge for beginners at 11, exercises at noon and Digital Club at 2 p.m.; Wednesday, watercolor class at 10 a.m., tap class at noon and 500 cards at 1 p.m.; Thursday, Watch Our Weight and Woodcarvers at 9 a.m., exercises at noon, line dancing at 1 p.m. and beginner line dancing at 2; and Friday, income taxes at 9 a.m. The following fun days will begin at 10 a.m.: New Middletown on Tuesday, Lake Milton on Wednesday, Boardman on Thursday and Sebring on Friday. Whispering Pines Village, Assisted and Independent Living, 937 E. Park Ave., Columbiana, will host a program on “Fall Risks” at 2 p.m. March 23 in the dining hall. Representatives from Senior Independence will speak on the topic and evaluations will be conducted.
