Poland teen jailed for public urination
A 19-year-old Poland man is scheduled to be released from Stark County jail Sunday after serving five days for public urination.
James E. Dobran was arrested by Alliance police around 1:30 a.m. Feb. 27 for urinating on a counter and carpet at Dunkin’ Donuts. Police charged Dobran with obstructing official business, underage person under the influence of alcohol in public, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and public indecency, reports stated.
Dobran also was charged with aggravated menacing after saying at police headquarters “that his people from Youngstown would kill me very soon,” a police report states.
