YOUNGSTOWN

Five men are expected in Austintown Area Court today facing charges of rioting, assault, resisting arrest and failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer after a Memorial Day brawl in Milton State Park.

Ryan Slade, 19, of Cornell Avenue; Lester Walker Jr., 19, of West Boston Avenue; Keith Griffin Jr., 20, of Francisca Avenue; Jeffrey Pureie, 25, no address given; and Raymond Sims, 20, of Charlotte Avenue; were arrested after the fight Monday in the park. Police say as many as 50 people may have been involved in the fight.

The fight reportedly started over the use of a basketball.

Looks like they are all from Youngstown --must be the basketball "magnet" that drew them all there.

Getting out of the hood for a friendly game of basketball does the spirit good .

You can take the game out of the hood but you can't take the hood out of the game !
