Police are searching for a 19-year-old Youngstown man they believe shot one man and just missed another.
Joe Poole III is wanted in the shooting of 20-year-old Reginald Ware Jr. and 48-year-old David Moss Jr.
Ware was shot in the leg, but the bullets missed Moss by about an inch.
Officers were dispatched just before 1 p.m. Saturday to 712 E. Dewey St., where they found Ware lying in his living room with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was later transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center.
According to a witness, six to eight black males driving in two separate vehicles started arguing with the residents of the Dewey Street home before they fired shots.
Police found several bullet casings outside the home.

It sounds like enforcers in the hood are providing some penalty for breaking their rules . It must not have been too serious as those targeted are still alive . It also appears as if the duo may have broke into the wrong house this time . . ..
