Wis. governor signs concealed-carry bill into law

Published: Fri, July 8, 2011 @ 5:09 p.m.

ROTHSCHILD, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin has become the 49th state to legalize the carrying of concealed weapons.

Gov. Scott Walker signed a bill today removing the state’s ban. Except for a few minor aspects, the bulk of the law goes into effect in November.

Gun supporters say legalizing concealed carry in Wisconsin has been long overdue. Opponents argue that it won’t curb crime and will put more guns on the street.

Under Wisconsin’s law, people who obtain a permit and go through training will be allowed to carry concealed weapons in most public buildings, including the state Capitol and city halls, unless a sign is posted saying they are not permitted.

With the legalization in Wisconsin, Illinois is now the only state that doesn’t allow concealed carry.

"With the legalization in Wisconsin, Illinois is now the only state that doesn’t allow concealed carry."

In Illinois there is no crime, only opportunities . . .. Hence there is no need to be armed . . ..

Those Manchurian implants are all operating by ditto scripting,..

QUOTE - " will be allowed to carry concealed weapons in most public buildings, including the state Capitol and city halls " - End QUOTE

It's the modern day form of the Confederate, faction mounting an effort to seize states within the union. Via legislating irreparable theft, corporate seizure privilege and enslavement of those that make up the populous. While promoting an allowance and urging of weapons to be carried in facilities where social order has rightfully never allowed in a civilized society.

Aside from mere name spelling. There's no difference between Scott Walker, John Kasich, Rick Scott, Rick Snyder or any of the rest of the newly seated ponzi artists.

Stanley,..

Where as individuals it's to be known that as individuals and a populous we're not ever going to agree on everything.

However, in review of your rancid rhetoric and preponderance of your perpetual nonsensical propaganda. It's easy to detect that you're a racist, sexist troll of treachery with traits of a pedophile. Whom revels in being ridiculously wrong and incorrigibly idiotic.

Where in your being such an individual. It's clear you neither mean nor intend anyone any good. No matter what gender, race, age or faith they bear. You think people are stupid and don't realize it. So here again you overexpose your recalcitrant angle of routinely preying upon race.

Where in your Trojan horse offering of absolute inaccuracies. The populous has caught on that John Kasich, is doing more damage than you can try to deflect. Upon the Whites as well as everybody else in the populous.

Where by my pointing that out. You hate that I'm pointing that out and leaving you no ability to disguise it.

Thus in your vast approach upon milling what will soon be your 8000th display of dysfunction. I and a host of other sensible Americans are reveling in just how desperate you've become.

See there's no " need " for any citizen to have a right to wield a gun in neither city, county, state nor federal facilities.

Yet there's " reason " to allow and or promote it. Only if and or when you're trying to invoke intimidation and endangerment. Of officials and citizens that don't go along with the barbaric savagery and intimidation. Of the intolerable ingrates that you epitomize.

Lastly I'll add if and or possibly even when such a battle for the defense and preservation of our democracy takes place again.

My confidence is within my fellow American countrymen. To once again emerge as victors. However, this time it'd be impossible for anyone to support any leniency in defending our country from those whom seek to enslave us all.

Oh the irony,..

I'm sure the residents of Illinois would be elated to hear that and revel in not wanting you in their state.

But growing sentiment of all those of sensible accord in all other states and regions. Share in that sentiment of welcoming and urging you relocate to someplace like the moon.

Save it Stanley,..

See the beauty of all this is we've both developed and candidly expressed our individual thoughts, perceptions and perspectives. About everything from legislative policy, social climate, economic reasoning and even one others traits,.. and I intend to defend, preserve and represent that America.

Hence, the people know what's what and they also know who they can connect with by way of shared values, sensibilities, facts and impartiality,.. and it's not you.

See your problem is that in all cases of review and deliberation. The record speaks for itself and you don't like the comparison,.. we are who we choose to be.

Thus in that sense " It is what it is " Stanley. And where I recognize I've made some profound statements in regards to sharing my perspectives,.. as have you.

However, where you disagree with me for calling it straight. It's proven fact you've displayed you can't refute a thing I've stated.

That said,.. prove me wrong.

Where you can start here by trying to tell the populous what's the difference between Scott Walker and John Kasich?,.. aside from locality and name.

Then try telling the populous that all those newly seated manic Manchurian's. Just so happen to have the same agenda by happenstance, irony, mistake or accident.

If you've see Scott Walkers agenda. In ditto form you've been exposed to the same script being forged by John Kasich, Paul LePage, Rick Perry, Rick Snyder, Mitch Daniels, Jan Brewer and all the rest of the " rob and enslave em all " confederacy crowd.

Now can you dispel some, any or all of that for the people Stanley?

See the paradox here is where I say you can't and you know you can't. Your problem is sensing the people know it too. For which none of those expressions of truth and fact are coming from you.

Where do you get your information about Morton Illinois crime rate ? Probably from the Bachmann school of history .
In fact , Morton is one of the safest places to live in the country .
http://www.clrsearch.com/Morton_Demog...

If Gov Walker & Wisconsin legislators really believed concealed carry made communities
safer , why did they provide for an exemption from the law for public buildings ?

You insensitive tool,.. how dare you.

Those lost lives you've mentioned aren't to be used as propaganda for petulance or anything else of the sort. Where I'll not dissect the vast and even extreme differences in place or position of any of those most unfortunate victims. Yet be it known that not a single one of them were accosted in a city, county, state nor federal building.

To include where every one of them were unfortunately slain. The previous provisions of where CCW holders were already authorized to carry were in the range and scope to have been used.,.. so don't Lie.

See where I can, do and will continue to respect making reference to applicable matter. Even if it respectfully reference the name of a deceased person[s] in proper and applicable context.

However, what I don't, won't and never will tolerate. Is for anyone to dare try to insensitively, disrespectfully and non applicably. Infuse the names of the deceased as if their memory is attempted to be in anyway belittled. As or in any inapplicable form as backwash to try to contend they're all the same.

Which an irresponsible. disrespectful and non correlated manner is exactly what you did there. So along with and beyond the realm of you infusing such in such an irrelevant manner. In the name of respect and decency to defend the memory of those individuals for their family, friends and social grace.

In the eyes of all decent, moral and respecting beings. You're to be duly recognized as a clueless, careless, classless, thoughtless, moronic mealy mouth. Who's stooped so low that you've tried to equate, couple and manipulate the thoughts, names and memory of the deceased. To serve as mere foolery filler as a front to be associated with your fraudulent claim.

What a feat,..

You lying loose hinged lunatic. Here yet again you've managed to foist another fandangled forging of your special brand of falsehood filled foolery. That's in fact manipulatively misleading, totally non applicable, inaccurate, conflicting and contradictory.

To wit, only a crazed clown of cunning cowardice, and imbecilic illiteracy such as you. Could so consistently have managed to manucraft such a feat,.. and yet again on the lying and stupidity scale you nailed it.

For starters no ones favoring disarming the lawful populous. Secondly what part of FACTS don't you understand. Even as per direct article QUOTE - " Illinois is now the only state that doesn’t allow concealed carry. - End QUOTE.

That said just what Morten Illinois are you referencing? The one on Mars there space case,.. Hmmmm.

Lastly, it's even more ironic for such an insecure, esoteric ideologue such as you. That's clearly of such crazed cowardice that it resonates that you've always been so incapable of serving any honorable force. Would as direct opposites would allow a Man like me. To laugh at even just how much more idiotic you are,.. and continue to be.

@ LosersNeverWin

Listen,..

First off the first question is to ask why you've not joined to honorably serve on the force?,.. other than that.

You're to understand that all facilities for which you've referenced an alleged and most unfortunate experience within. Have been instructed, authorized, funded and equipped to have safeguards and deterrents emplaced to avert that,.. and as a citizen you play a compliant role in that.

See where it's not appropriate nor necessary for me to go into apprising you of specifics or details. Although be it known I've been in more situations where lawlessness had to be averted and foiled than you'll ever know. Where be that of matter or not. In regards to civilian weapons allowed in City, County, State or Federal facilities my position is stated as clear and non wavering.

See those are facilities where elected and appointed officials conduct the peoples business. Where it's to be expressed and respected that if you feel you'd like to serve the people at any level of duly sworn capacity. Be it security for citizens, legislators or members of the judiciary. I'd suggest you align with the honorable manner of presenting yourself to and before the people to be selected from.

Where if not as a citizen that in inclusion you couple to collectively comprise the populous being served. Therefore you're to respectfully adhere to leaving your weapons and articles there of. Outside the confines of the houses of the peoples business where officials preside as orchestrator's { not you },.. Period !!!

See just like we're not forced to like, favor nor agree with any of those officials. They're to be respect and protected in the orchestration of their duties. For which allowing some citizen to wield a weapon in their place of business. To either complicate, harm or intimidate any of them. Just by virtue of having no priors and taking a safety and awareness course. Is something I and every other sensible American vehemently oppose.

Hence in essence, it comes down to one and all knowing our roles. For which unless you're of the protective force and assume such as an official of verifiable capacity. Your role isn't in you nor anyone like you. In anyway being an unknown wielding your weapon in any city, county, state nor federal building.

And yes I see any contention of the contrary. As that whom want more power, access and opportunity. To effect government by more than the ballot means afforded to them,.. so no I don't support violent overthrow of governance in any form.

@ Stanley,..

What a conclusive re-confirmation,..

Where beyond my citing you as a slanted stooge that serially attempts to extort the truth. In a Man to individual manner of address I astutely gave you a bevy of statements. For you to take your unfettered pick and or choice to attempt to deny, disprove, discredit, debunk and or try to denounce,.. I clarified quiet the array of profound facts.

For which yet in reply,.. All you could do was offer the populous more of your serial speckles of absolute nonsensical silliness. Complete with dummy down denunciations as liberal -vs- conservative. As dog whistle labels for dingbats to try to snow the delusional dunces that you're so manipulatively trying to prey upon.

Now you've stammered two more entries.Revealing absolutely nothing but your crying about my intolerance for your lying,..you nonsensical simpleton.

So like I've stated stupid Stanley " It is what it is ". And that " is " being that no sensible human nor animal can find any aspect of their best interest. To be served, presented nor depicted in neither truth nor fact by you. Nor for that fact allow you to treacherously trick them. To in anyway sense, see, believe nor understand it otherwise.

My post, which was directed at Cambridge, had nothing to do with CHL regulations.I was saying people that carry are not "afraid of their own shadow" but of what is out there and at anytime, anywhere it can sneak up on you.

PS, how many keyboards do you go through in a year?

PPS, since you obviously misinterpreted my post I will give you a pass on calling me a tool and a liar.
