Three new stores are set to open this spring in The Shops at Boardman Park, 721 Boardman Poland Road.
Marketing director Celeste Lisko said the three new tenants will bring the number of retailers to 34.
Ulta Beauty, America’s Best Contacts and Sunglasses and Scottrade are set to open in a few months alongside stores including Old Navy, Value City Furniture and Target.
“We’re excited to see a positive revitalization in our specific marketplace with renewed expansion and growth as we haven’t seen in a few years,” said David Handel, owner and developer of the Shops at Boardman Park.
Ulta Beauty is a beauty and specialty superstore set to open next to Target in late spring or early summer. The store also will include a full-service salon.
It will sell cosmetics, fragrances, hair care, skin care, bath and body products and salon styling tools, as well as salon hair-care products.
Construction for America’s Best Contacts and Sunglasses will begin this week alongside the Caribou Coffee location.
Set to open in spring, the store will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, offering customers eye exams by professional optometrists plus a wide selection of eyeglasses, eyeglass frames, contact lenses and eyeglass accessories at discount prices.
Scottrade, a leading online investment firm, opened its branch office at The Shops at Boardman Park in December.
Based in St. Louis, Mo., Scottrade offers a full line of investment products, online trading service and marketing- research tools to help investors with their financial strategies.
Handel said two potential tenants are in negotiations for other spaces in the plaza.
Lisko said she expects to make an announcement about those two locations within the next month.
