WOW , I knew there was a hood in other cities other than Y-Town. BINGO. So that means that there are hood rats all over.

Yes Foxy, your "hoods" have siezed footholds in the apartment/rental units and have begun the systematic destruction of the suburbs. Doesn't that make you proud? Definitely something to comment on huh?

Hood crimes in Poland and Boardman doesn't imply the hood rats live there.

For example:

"Theft: Two Social Security cards were among property taken from a vehicle in the 600 block of Cook Avenue.

Harassment: A Youngstown woman at a Boardman-Poland Road store reported two females followed and made harassing statements to her.

Theft: A woman reported three or four purses, clothing and hats stolen at Brown’s Drugs, 5106 Southern Blvd.

Theft: Three gift cards and $60 were removed from a car in the 800 block of Mathews Road."

JME, I must argue your comment, hood rats are trickling into Boardman at an alarming rate, into the rentals the slumlords let them rent. They are populating and bringing down once proud neighborhoods, ie the Glen in Boardman, numerous rentals on Chester and Jennette have youg trash rolling in and out, beater rigs, no pride...otherwise, see what happens when the Boardman PD officers actually get out of their crusiers and stop someone? Looky here, a crack pipe, meth, weed. By simply doing the job they are grossly overpaid to do they find real criminals, not just petty shoplifters, phone harassment and choke-outs in the LeMans ghetto apartments...
