COLUMBUS (AP) — Ohio’s former embattled attorney general is taking on his first high-profile lawsuit since a sexual harassment scandal forced him to resign from the job in 2008.
Marc Dann today filed a class-action lawsuit against a law firm he says files frivolous foreclosures.
The lawsuit filed in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas claims the firm — Lerner, Sampson and Rothfuss — doesn’t have the right to file foreclosures and has created incorrect documentation.
Dann and fellow attorney James Douglass are seeking damages for people who have had foreclosure cases brought against them by the firm on behalf of its clients.

Is he still practicing, no disbarment?
duh,...does it sound like he's disbarred?
Ionic Dann is suing someone else for wrongdoing. Maybe both sides can lose.
Marc Dann - the comeback kid. Next step a run for school board.
@ Problem- "duh" not required.. the real issue/ question why not? That's the pause for "duh!"
Good for Mark! It's very easy for others to judge, but much more impressive when someone can overcome such adversity. Perfect? Nope, but I know few people who are.He has paid his dues and I wish him all the best.
