Five or more black men wearing masks and dark clothing robbed Rite Aid, 2840 Youngstown Road, at 10:34 p.m. Wednesday.
One of the males put a gun to the back of the neck of one of the two female employees and took a cellphone out of her hand, then forced her behind a cash register.
The man ordered the woman to the floor while he took cash from the safe. One man took two DVD players on the way out of the store, reports say.
Another man pointed a gun at the other employee’s head and ordered her to a cash register, where he took cash.

What is the point of this article stating the race of the alleged perpetrators? Now all of the comments are going to be race related and hopefully ignorant, as those are enjoyable to read. And by the way, all these five were doing was getting together some cash so they can provide their families with a nice holiday they so deserve, and here we go the white man keeping them down.
I am sure it is all on video. They might get to enjoy this Christmas but their future ones will be spent in prison.

I believe the "race card" is this case was just dripping with sarcasm. He was not at all serious about "the white man keeping them down."
In any case, be they white, black, yellow or poka dot, I hope they are apprehended soon! We can sit here and haggle about race all day, but people like this don't care what color you are when they stick a gun in your face — or to the back of your neck!

bmanresident - Would you have complained if they were 5 white guys? A description of those who robbed the store is completely appropriate, even if there isn't much detail beyond their skin color and clothing.
5 animals to rob 2 women at a Rite Aid. Boy are they tough. Bet their momma's are so proud of them. Useless waste.
So who would the disadvantaged five lobby with success to get their checks increased? Times are tough and the desperate are only trying to make it through these trying times the best that they can.
They can take that subject up with the judge they will be facing soon or the warden of the prison they will be residing in after they talk to the judge.
OK - so regardless of race we've seem to have lost the obvious in this article...
Rite Aid; along with most other high traffic, high volume stores, have time locked safes which can only be open by armored car personnel or by a small handful of employees after they wait for the appropriate amount of time. These 5 robbers either had spectacular timing and the safe just “happened” to be open, or it was partly an inside job…
Which do you think? I vote an inside job…but I’m a skeptic – LOL
