Do you know of any unusual street names in the Valley?

Published: Wed, December 7, 2011 @ 1:41 p.m.

Do you live on, or know of, a Mahoning Valley street with an interesting/quirky name? Tell us about it here or email efranco@vindy.com.

So far we've found Penny Lane in Lowellville, That's Life Lane in Canfield and Bob-O-Link in Boardman.

Please share your list of favorite funny street names!

In Boardman Township, you will find a street called. Friendship. It is a friendly little street. Not far away, is Longview Trail, which runs west from Glenwood. Ironically, it is only a few hundred feet long. There is also a High Street in Youngstown. I can only imagine the reason for its name. If you are near the state line on 422 you will find a trailer park with the street names Hop, Skip, and Jump.

There's Stoner Ave. in Boardman. Roller Rd. in Green Twp. (Which should be called "Roller Coaster" Rd. due to the hills and valleys). There's Diagonal Rd. in Goshen Twp. that runs at a "diagonal" to the other roads.

Berry Blossom Drive in Canfield may not be unusual, but it sounds like it should be a street name on Desperate Houswives.
