Browns run over by Ravens 24-10

CLEVELAND (AP) — Ray Rice rushed for a career-high 204 yards, breaking loose on a game-changing 67-yarder in the third quarter, and the Baltimore Ravens kept pace with Pittsburgh atop the AFC North by pounding the Cleveland Browns 24-10 on Sunday.

Rice and Ricky Williams had short touchdown runs and Lardarius Webb returned a punt 68 yards for a TD for the Ravens (9-3), who toyed with the Browns (4-8). Baltimore racked up 290 yards rushing.

Cleveland lost for the fifth time in six games, and the Browns have just three days to prepare for the Steelers.

Holmgren is really doing a great job of making a bad team worse. What has he done?

New Ohio Law........

The Ohio Highway Patrol is cracking down on speeders heading towards and
Into the city of Cleveland.
For the first offense, they give you two Cleveland Browns tickets.
If you get stopped a second time, they make you use them.

Let's face it...the Browns are in a re-building year. They have around 24 first and second year players. Shurmur got rid of many of his veterans, such as Vickers, and the replacement rookies are not stepping up as envisioned.

The Browns are leading the league in the number of passes dropped. Even Greg Little, their highly touted rookie receiver can't catch a pass. Mc Coy is taking a beating from lack of an offensive line, and now their defense gives up over 250 yards in rushing to the Ravens.

I do not see the Browns being able to win another game this year, so their record will be 4-12. With 2 first round picks coming in the next draft, this should help out, but, then again, how many first round draft picks of the Browns have ever panned out to be exceptional players. May teams get more out of their 2nd and 3rd round players than the Browns get out of their number one picks. Look at Cinncinati as an example.

We need a right OT and a WR with our 1st RD picks next year, the left side of the line is solid. I wouldn't mind if they went RB and OT in the 1st round and WR, WR in the 2nd round. Or maybe we will just trade our picks again for 2013!
