That just shows your 1970, steel mill mentality. Some ads are very specific to what they need. Some ads need caucasian while others need aa. Too bad it wasn't a Ragu commercial, you beer schlepping guidos would be perfect.

Everyone is missing sight of the fact that the freshly graduated from school are being discriminated against as the starting age is 30 . The young need a chance at employment and they are being snubbed .
