PITTSBURGH
William “Scott” Kennedy, the former longtime Y-103 morning disc jockey, has been sentenced to 51 months in federal prison and a lifetime of supervised release, and fined $25,000, after he pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.
Senior U.S. District Judge Alan N. Bloch imposed the sentence Thursday on Kennedy, 55, of Hermitage, Pa.
“Every time a sexually explicit image of a minor is produced, transmitted or viewed by these predators, a child is victimized,” said John P. Kelleghan, special agent in charge in the Philadelphia office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations, which investigated the case.
“Those who believe they can hide behind their stature in the community are mistaken. They will be held accountable for their actions,” Kelleghan said.

William “Scott” Kennedy is now taken care of but what about those fine people who put that garbage up on the NET for him to get ? Let's shut down the servers and give them some serious jail time .
Too right Stan. Lets hope my party pants does not get out early for good behavior. He should have gotten 51 months for each victim.Once a pervy dirty old man, always a pervy dirty old man.Mothers lock your daughters (and sons) up in a few years. Laughing at "his stature in the community". He was a disc jockey in a run down market. If he had stature he would have gone on to a bigger better market. Hear yourself on the radio or be seen on the telly and next ting you are a celeberty.......in your own mind.
