The U.S. Marshals Service in Northern Ohio is asking the public to help find its most- wanted fugitive of the week:
NAME: Randolph Moore
AGE: 18
HEIGHT: 5 feet 9 inches
WEIGHT: 210 pounds
EYES: Brown
HAIR: Black
CHARGES: Multiple counts of unlawful contact with a minor.
Anyone with information on this suspect should call 866-4WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.

As much as I would like to help, he looks like every other 18 year-old street punk around here. Probably even proud he made the papers as the most wanted.
