Another fire bug getting rid of the blight.
I hope nobody was injured
Youngstown needs to get rid of these drug/diseased blightful sites.
Start using prison labor and welfare recipients (if they are drug free, if not cancel thier benfits on the spot) to tare these places down and give the material to the RESTORE
Fat chance, me work the nerve of the few remaining working people in the city of Youngstown, expect me to do anything to improve my plight never. That is the attotude which prevails in the ghetto. Just send me the check.
Follow the money, follow the gangs! either someone is paying them to burn these places (the ones who complain the most about the city not demolishing houses fast enough, might be suspect) or this is one of the gangs initiation rituals. Both of the west side houses are very close to freeway on ramps... makes for a quick getaway.
It's not gangs, or if it is, it's a small portion of the problem. It's people looking for scrap. It's a lot easier to get to the metal when the house is burned down around it.
