A pedestrian was treated for minor injuries after she was hit by a car on U.S. Route 224.
No charges have been filed against the man who became distracted while driving, went left of center and struck her in the leg around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
She had been walking against the flow of traffic and was hit in front of Uncle Nick’s Greek Fried Chicken at 640 Boardman-Canfield Road.

How about putting in sidewalks on the main streets?
That would provide more foot traffic for businesses and also increase community connections.
Maybe the chamber wants to take this issue on to support their local businesses?
100% right. They did all that work on 224 by the Best Buy area and failed to put in sidewalks???? Oh, well.
