Hubbard event to fund memorial scholarships

HUBBARD
St. Patrick’s parish center, 357 N. Main St., Hubbard, will be the site of the Remember Our Children Event from noon to. 6 p.m. Sunday.
The fundraiser will raise money for scholarships for other Hubbard High School students in memory of Danny Dillon, Nick Evans, Dustin Keryan, Marc Moore, Shaina Nelson and Jen Snyder.
Dinner catered by Frankie’s of Hubbard will be served from 1-4 p.m. There will be music all day, and gift baskets, gift certificates, golf packages, hotel stays and much more will be raffled off.
Tickets will be $10 at the door and $5 for children.

This is a really nice idea. Maybe in the upcoming years the benefit will expand to include all of the students who have passed away from Hubbard. Best of luck with the benefit!
