David J. Zadai, 23, of Marshall Street was sentenced to three years in prison for shooting at a car containing two people he was trying to rob on Raglan Drive in Howland Township on Dec. 27, 2008.
Zadai pleaded guilty Thursday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to aggravated robbery and felonious assault and a specification that he used a gun in commission of the crime. He could have gotten up to 18 years in prison.
Prosecutors said Zadai demanded money from the two people in the car. The two people pulled out of the driveway, and Zadai fired one shot into the hood of the car.
Comments
David J. Zadai should be out on parole in a matter of a few months . The legitimacy of the subculture and it's quickly becoming mainstream is shown in the very light sentence . We should all be more tolerant of their desires and not rebuff their solicitations for funds .

Another 23 year old useless idiot. Did he rob these people at gunpoint to feed his family because of the economy, I highly doubt it. 3 years? What a pitiful joke.
