Warren man charged in brother's stabbing

WARREN

Antonio D. Carter, 19, of Mahoning Avenue Northwest, has pleaded innocent to felonious assault after police said he stabbed his brother three times with a screwdriver.

His brother, 21, told police the two were arguing at Antonio Carter’s apartment at just before midnight Thursday. The fight continued into the parking lot, where Antonio pulled out a screwdriver and stabbed his brother in the forearm, back and shoulder blade, police said.

The injured brother was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Antonio Carter is being held in the Trumbull County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bond.
