Lets see! Two murders and several shooting in the last few months and the police department is going to put their efforts into catching people with no drivers licenses. That's why Youngstown is what it is.

Uh, it's not just about catching people with no licenses, it's about catching people with suspensions, no insurance, WARRANTS, stolen cars, GUNS,etc. It's a very good idea, even if they get 1 or 2 cockroaches off the streets it's worth it.
Southern Calif uses checkpoints all the time. it is a multi-agency job. Many illegals are caught and turned over to Immigration, those without proper ID, driver licenses, insurance have their cars towed and DUIs are arrested. They have also found many felons with loaded weapons int he car. It is a good attempt to clear the community of some "nasty boys". Go YPD and good luck withthe numbers. In this case more is better.
@ Marcus
Boy Marcus, that is what Y-town really needs is more ignorant, and racist folks as your self...LOL. Maybe that is how you like youngstown, but folks like your self just add to the problem, I say if you don't have a solution, then move on and out of Y-town
There is a difference between a racist and a realist. I will let those of you folks that automatically "assume" figure out what the difference is.
censorship pretty much described what a realist sees!
Let’s make sure we print the locations of the check points in the news paper several times prior to them actually taking place so all the "INOCENT" people can avoid them.
Hee hee...it is what it is, kids. Censoredship, you drilled it. There isn't ownership or accountability for the behavior, it's always looking to divert blame by using the race card when the obvious is pointed out. It's tiring and typical...
