Teen who raped Ohio woman sentenced to 28 years in prison

Published: Fri, October 8, 2010 @ 3:45 p.m.

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio judge has handed down a 28-year prison sentence to a boy who was 14 when he raped, beat and robbed a 64-year-old woman after breaking into her home.

Now 15, Alexis Ramirez sobbed today during his sentencing hearing before Butler County Common Pleas Judge Keith Spaeth in Hamilton, outside Cincinnati.

The Hamilton Journal News reports Ramirez told the judge he hates himself and that people have every right to look at him as a monster.

Authorities say Ramirez had a pellet rifle when he attacked the woman in her Liberty Township home in January and forced her to drive to an ATM machine for money. She told the judge she offered Ramirez a diamond ring and a credit card and he still raped her.

The teen is not a U.S. citizen and faces deportation to Mexico after his release.

No, no Ramirez,..

You have no damn idea how much more detestable you're viewed than what you perceive for what you've indefensibly done.

That judge giving you 28 years is far more your protector, than any acceptance greeting you'd receive outside that jail for what you've done.

If he's going to be deported why not just beat the living hell out of him. Then ship him back in a box, bag or in traction,.. SINCE HE INSISTED UPON BEING OUR ILLEGAL PROBLEM !!!

To hell with feeding and sheltering him for 28 years at taxpayer expense,.. HE'S NOT EVEN OUR TRASH !!!.
