Ohio woman pretended to be teen boy to date teen girl

Published: Wed, October 6, 2010 @ 1:14 p.m.

LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — A southwest Ohio woman has admitted posing as a teenage boy so she could date a teenage girl, pleading guilty to misdemeanor sexual imposition.

A prosecutor's spokesman says Patricia Dye, of Franklin, also pleaded guilty today to misdemeanor attempted sexual imposition and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

A judge in Warren County Juvenile Court in Lebanon sentenced Dye to six months in jail.

Prosecutors say 31-year-old Dye fooled and dated at least two teenage girls. She was arrested after a 16-year-old girl ran away from home and stayed with her. Prosecutors say they had sexual contact.

Dye's attorney says Dye feels remorse and has learned from the experience.

This is intolerable,..

I'm not a gay basher but in regards to evoking law without bias. What about the stalking, corruption of a minor and statutory rape charges that should have been imposed here?,..

Clearly that Patricia Dye is a whatnot of 31 years of age. Is nothing less than an adult predator and it deceptively preyed upon those young girls with malice.

No way does a sentence of a mere 6 months satisfy the infringement that thing imposed upon society. Dye is no better than any other pedophile it's just she's not violent and she's same sex driven,.. so why such a lack of prosecution?

Well they must of didn't pull any pants down unless she is a hermaphrodite. But anyway I hope they make this female get help for this while serving her time because something is not right with her.

6 months? talk about bias in the judicial system. if this was a man trying to date underaged boys/girls, he'd be given 6 years.

This is not funny and she should be sentenced as the pedophile predator that she most certainly is. We must stop being soft on crimes that involve children.

6 years? If it were a man? No, try 20 to life it were a man! I'd love to know the details of this! If you look up the definition of rape I'm sure that something that happened falls under it!
