Biden says choice for Ohio governor is clear

Published: Mon, October 4, 2010 @ 3:00 p.m.

Vice President Joe Biden told a crowd of 500 at Astro Shapes today that there’s a clear choice in the race for Ohio governor.

Stumping for Gov. Ted Strickland, who trails in some polls behind Republican John Kasich, Biden said the economy is beginning to turn around “but it’s not enough.”

“People are angry and I’m angry, too,” he said.

Biden also said too many people are being pushed out of the middle class and too few are allowed in.

I don't love Kasich but I certainly hate Joe Biden style Democrats. Uneducated (crap law school, bottom of class), only speaks to the lowest, most bitter voter. Government, just back off! People will get hurt, see current recession, BUT they will bounce back w/o you taxing them to death! Capital ($) will always find the most efficient way to be used, when gov't tries to stop this we all get hurt.

I bet 5,000 people would show up to a Kasich rally. The choice is clear, Kasich is the only one with a vision for Ohio's future. I've had enough of the Dems. angry scare tactics.

What illegal substances are you all on?!?!?!?! Commonsenseguy, what at all fricking common sense is in your skull?!?!?!?!? 5000 people would not show up for any political rally, we can't even get half the country to vote, and kasich palns are to fund schools entirely on local property tax and to double the cost of college tuition! thats his plan, eliminate the income tax, and jack up your property taxes, angry scare tactics are the republicans way of doing things, all they do is lie. Do you realize that state taxes have not risen under strickland or obama?!?!?! no because you buy into the stupid lies. Get yourself a damn education. The most educated and wealthy people in america really are liberal by demographic. IE. the new england states, the states wehre people couldn't even graduate high school in the deep south are always republican because of a bunch on in-bred hillbillies who dont know how to read so they buy anything a republican will sell them.

ipaidattention: obviously you did not pay attention to spelling where you got that "damn education" you rant about...all 500 morons showed up? And all of them in the Racoon Betras' back pocket, paid to show for the debacle that was Idiot Joe's big showing...seems like the Dem/lib machine has lost steam. Maybe all those "educated" first time voters that didn't even know who was running with O, let alone what he was actually going to do and not be able to do, even though the smooth talker pulled them out in droves, have decided it's too much work to really deal with O's shortcomings. Sort of like they are tired of working and like the free hand-outs they currently live on.

For once, Joe is correct. The choice is clear. Kasich is the man. Watch both of the editorial board interviews on Vindy site and it is obvious which one has a vision.

"and I'm angry, too". He sounds like a Democratic Bob Dole, and we all know what happens to the angry one's, they come off mean-spirited, and they get soundly beaten at the poles.

"DOLE2", too bad they didn't plan another earthquake tremor at the same time as the rally to clear out the county building so that they could all attend on "our dime".

I, in part represent about 1000 people, who i know will not be voting for big ted. Due to his, and mr. Ryan's lack of interest in responding to the people of Ohio. We have written them both letters on issues in our state, and issues throughout the US, with no response or stance on the issues. We will not vote for people who we feel do not care, or have better things to do than to reply to the people in which elected then to the possessions they hold. All because they are too busy sticking their heads so far up obama's wazzoo.

The unemployement in Ohio is MORE than West Virginia. Doesn't this tell you anything? Why did Strickland and his group go to China, when he was elected??? Our schools are going down the tubes and we have NO jobs.
