‘Christmas in Columbiana’ starts Thursday

COLUMBIANA

The Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for “Christmas in Columbiana.”

The event takes place from Thursday to Saturday.

Activities include:

6:30 p.m. Thursday – Lighting of the town square Christmas lights in downtown Columbiana. Music will be provided by the Columbiana High School choir.

7 p.m. Thursday – “The Joy of Christmas,” a holiday light show, opens at Firestone Park. The drive-through light show is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday until Jan. 2.

10 a.m. Saturday – The “Joy of Christmas” Santa Parade will take place on Main Street.

Homeowners and business owners are encouraged to decorate for Christmas and turn holiday lights on by Nov. 18.
