Mayor: Niles holding its own despite revenue difficulties

Declining interest rates and income tax collections have caused revenue problems for Niles, but Mayor Ralph Infante said that the city is managing the shortfalls.

“We’re moving down a little bit, but we’re holding our own,” Infante said in his State of the City address during a Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber breakfast meeting this morning.
