A city man has been arrested in a shooting at the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Kirwan Homes.

Dominique Lucky, 21, of Gordon Avenue, was arrested Tuesday, police reported. He is charged with felonious assault and having a weapon while legally prohibited from doing so.

Lucky was to appear for arraignment this morning in Campbell Municipal Court.

A man was shot in the leg behind his apartment in the housing complex Oct. 14, police reports indicate.

How many chances will he get to break the law. It appears that he has a previous conviction which does not allow him to have a firearm in his possession. But clearly, his environment does not allow him to walk the neighborhood unless he's "strapped". It is safe to say he will have to kill someone to be arrested, charged, and sent to prison after it's too late for justice to prevail. If Jesse and Al can't support this, we're all doomed in the "Yo".
