City police are investigating two aggravated robberies in different parts of the city on the same day.
According to police reports, three people were inside an apartment on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard just before 7 p.m. Monday when an armed man burst into the apartment demanding money. The man threatened to shoot a 25-year-old woman and a baby in the apartment, police said.
Reports say one of the victims in the apartment told the intruder there was money stashed in a nearby apartment, and the armed man allowed one man to retrieve the money. The man, however, went to a nearby home and called
police.
Police also are looking for three men who robbed a South Side man at gunpoint as he was walking from a neighborhood store just
after 7 p.m. Monday.

Wealth distribution is in fully swing ! The needy are satisfying their needs from those who have a surplus of funds . As soon as the hood is depleted they will work the periphery .
no matter how many cops we put on the street it wont change to we change our jails.
Holding them in nice cells isn't enough. They should be forced to work. Make jail truly a punishment not a place to get out of the cold. There should be a rehabilitation though vocational and GED training program in every jail. Mandatory drug treatment for any that need it. Along with a work program where they are force to go out and clean up the community they damage by there actions.
