YOUNGSTOWN — A Warren man will face state prison time after his ninth conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Judge R. Scot Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court this morning ordered Todd W. Tolson, 49, to spend nine months in prison and suspended his driver’s license for life.
Tolson was indicted by a grand jury in February on a felony count of driving under the influence with a repeat-offender specification.
The specification was dropped in exchange for Tolson’s guilty plea to the DUI charge.

He should have gotten a year for every DUI. He will be drinking and driving again. Taking his license is not going to stop him from driving.
He SHOULD get jail time. He should get 20 years, not 9 months! The suspension of his license means nothing - he obviously doesn't 'follow the rules'. Lock him up and throw away the key!
would the person who actually believe he won't drive when he gets out please raise your hand
IMPOUND HIS ATV!
